Embroidery file of the Gyokuyo front panel pattern from the Apothecary's Diaries
You will receive the 3 files in .PES and .EXP (feel free to message us on our website or on instagram if you need another file type)
And in 2 sizes:
- large size: 160 x 255 mm for the bottom embroidery, 158 x 216 mm for the middle one, 126 x 170 mm for the top one
- slightly smaller size: 145 x 232 mm for the bottom embroidery, 145 x 198 mm for the middle one and again 126 x 170 mm for the top one

All products are in stock except for products marked "pre-order". Products in stock will be shipped within 1 to 7 working days.
Any order that includes pre-order and in-stock products together will be shipped only when the pre-order product is ready to ship.

As the products are sewn by hand , there may be slight differences from the measurements indicated in the size chart.

Preparation time
Products in stock are generally sent in 1 to 7 working days. For pre-order products please refer to the product description.
Delivery delay
For France: 2 to 7 working days
For international: Due to international situations (Covid, ...) we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please allow 1-6 weeks if the package is subject to slowdowns.
Taxes and customs
International orders may be subject to customs charges upon arrival in the destination country. The regulations are different for each country so we invite you to inquire for the country concerned.
The buyer is responsible for paying these taxes.
The buyer is also responsible for paying the return costs in case of incorrect address / impossible delivery.
