Preparation time
Products in stock are generally sent in 1 to 7 working days. For pre-order products please refer to the product description.
Delivery delay
For France: 2 to 7 working days
For international: Due to international situations (Covid, ...) we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please allow 1-6 weeks if the package is subject to slowdowns.
Taxes and customs
International orders may be subject to customs charges upon arrival in the destination country. The regulations are different for each country so we invite you to inquire for the country concerned.
The buyer is responsible for paying these taxes.
The buyer is also responsible for paying the return costs in case of incorrect address / impossible delivery.
Russia & Ukraine - We have temporarily suspended shipments to these countries.
RIGHT TO RETRACT
1. Exercise of the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) working days from the date of delivery of his order to return any item that does not suit him and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs which remain the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Terms of return
After notifying Naely of its withdrawal, the Customer must return the products concerned within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the package.
The return of products within the framework of the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be carried out in accordance with the conditions described below.
Reimbursement of products linked to the right of withdrawal will be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products by Naely.
3. Right of withdrawal and non-compliance return policy
All products returned by the Customer must not have been used, damaged, soiled or washed by the Customer. They must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer and reimbursed only in the case of a return for duly justified non-compliance.

Naely cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transport, it is therefore recommended that the Customer use a tracked shipping service. In the event of loss or damage during transport, the Customer must contact his carrier directly.
If the items are not received at the above address, Naely will not be able to process the return.
